The Visual Workflow Builder replaces the previous manual tool-by-tool approach with a node-based canvas powered by React Flow. Users drag pre-configured document steps—Extract, Convert, Merge, Watermark, Protect, Route—onto the canvas and connect them by drawing lines between nodes. A complete invoice processing pipeline (OCR Extract → Excel Convert → Google Drive Upload) takes under 30 seconds to build.

The workflow engine supports parallel branches, conditional logic (If/Else and Switch nodes), and error handling (Try/Catch nodes). Workflows can be triggered manually, on a schedule (cron), or via webhook. This architecture directly competes with Zapier and Make.com for document-heavy automation use cases, but without Zapier's per-task billing or Make.com's developer-only data mapping complexity.
